Available in four different weights and made from 100% Nylon 6, these carpets are hard wearing and are suitable in an area with a high amount of footfall. i-floor Design carpets are suitable for almost anywhere with the list including hotels, hospitality, restaurants, clubs and pubs, retail, leisure, offices and education settings.
The carpet’s construction is a tufted cut pile saxony and it is chromojet printed. This heavy duty precision cut carpet comes with a 12 year heavy commercial wear guarantee.

Made from 100% nylon 6, the i-floor Design carpet is hard wearing and comfortable. It has a pile weight of 1000g/m² and a pile height of 4.6mm.
It is suitable for use on stairs when stair nosing is installed and is sustainable and hard wearing, making it perfect for high footfall areas as nylon carpet retains its appearance longer than polypropylene. This carpet is also sound-absorbent up to 28db and easy to maintain.
Our i-floor design custom carpet comes with a 12 Year heavy commercial wear guarantee, and is tested for reaction to fire to BS EN13501-1 and achieves a Cfl-s1 rating.

To clean the carpet, we’d recommend using an upright or quality barrel vacuum cleaner fitted with a power-driven rotating brush. Alternatively, you could use a combination beater or brush bar that moves around the carpet pile and mechanically loosens dirt to be removed by the vacuum. This is best suited for low precision cut carpet.
Yes this carpet is suitable for castor chairs, however, the use of castor chair protection mats is recommended for all textile floor coverings
