Slip Resistant
Our range of slip resistant flooring is specially engineered to minimise slip risk and provide safe movement in low to high traffic commercial environments. It is designed to minimise the risk of injury in areas that are exposed to spillages and contaminants including the hospitality sector, healthcare sector and public residential housing.Â
Our wide range of commercial slip resistant safety flooring comes in a variety of styles including wood and granite effect. This makes it perfectly suited to an array of hazardous commercial environments that need to adhere to HSE or CDM safety guidelines. Â
Many of the flooring products in our slip resistant range are tested to a BS EN 13893 standard and benefit from an R10 anti slip rating. This provides minor to moderate resistance to slipping, making them ideal for use in hallways, kitchens, and other public spaces including bathrooms. A pendulum test is used for slip resistant LVT, this assesses the friction offered by a floor surface when a foot comes into contact with it. It can measure slip potential of both dry, wet and contaminated flooring.
